Our Guarantee

We offer a full refund on any purchase made within 30 days of the original transaction date. If the product does not work as described, does not fit your use case, or you simply changed your mind, we will refund your purchase.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Submit a support ticket through the Support Center.
  2. Include your order number (found in your account under Downloads and Licenses).
  3. Briefly describe the reason for the refund request.
  4. We will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Refunds apply to the original purchase price. Promotional discounts are not reinstated after a refund.
  • Bundle purchases are refunded in full. Partial refunds for individual items within a bundle are not available.
  • Gift card purchases are non-refundable once the gift card code has been delivered.
  • If a license key has been used to activate the plugin on a live production site and the 30-day window has passed, refunds are at our discretion.

Third-Party Products

Products distributed through Sera.guru on behalf of third-party developers (such as Botcrawl Bot Blocker) are subject to the same 30-day refund policy. Refund requests for third-party products are handled by Sera.guru support.

After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, the associated license key will be deactivated and the product should be removed from any installations. Continued use of the software after a refund is not permitted under the license terms.
