All software products sold on Sera.guru are licensed, not sold. When you purchase a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that software subject to the following terms:

• Standard licenses permit use on up to 3 WordPress installations.
• Complete Bundle licenses permit unlimited installations.
• Licenses are for the purchaser's own websites. Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the software is not permitted.
• You may not remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in the software.
• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works for redistribution is not permitted.

3. Third-Party Products

Sera.guru hosts third-party plugins (such as Botcrawl Bot Blocker) as a marketplace. Third-party products are subject to their own license terms as provided by their respective developers. Sera.guru facilitates distribution but is not the developer of third-party products.

4. Payments and Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated.
• All purchases are one-time payments. There are no recurring charges unless you explicitly purchase a subscription product (none currently offered).
• Prices may change at any time. Price changes do not affect existing purchases.
• Promotional codes are subject to their stated terms and expiration dates.

6. Updates and Support

• Purchased products include lifetime updates delivered through the WordPress update system with an active license key.
• Support is provided through the Support Center ticket system. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.
• We reserve the right to discontinue a product. In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice and the final available version will remain downloadable.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use Sera.guru or our products to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Circumvent license key validation or activation systems.
• Resell or redistribute our software without authorization.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
