A brief disruption in the Stripe payment flow caused some checkout attempts to fail between 14:20 and 15:05 UTC. No charges were incorrectly applied. All affected customers were notified and the issue was resolved by Stripe.
License activation requests experienced elevated response times (3 to 8 seconds) for approximately 40 minutes due to a database connection pool issue. Activations were not blocked, only delayed. Resolved by scaling the connection pool.
