Sera AI Writer is a complete editorial workflow tool built into WordPress. It includes a distraction-free editor, content pipeline, editorial calendar, AI writing coach, and team collaboration features. It requires Sera Core.

The Editor

The AI Writer editor (Sera > Writer > Editor) is a full-screen, distraction-free writing environment:

• Clean interface — No WordPress admin chrome, just your content
• Rich text formatting — Headings, bold, italic, lists, blockquotes, code blocks, tables
• Inline AI assistance — Highlight text and ask the AI to rewrite, expand, summarize, or translate

The AI can help you:

Customization

• Add, remove, or rename stages
• Set stage colors and icons

Editorial Calendar

The calendar (Sera > Writer > Calendar) provides a visual overview of your content schedule:

• Month/week/day views — See your publishing schedule at a glance
• Drag and drop — Reschedule content by dragging it to a new date
• Color coding — Content is color-coded by status (draft, scheduled, published)
• Filters — Filter by author, category, or content type

AI Writing Coach

The AI Coach provides real-time feedback as you write:
