License Activation & Management

Every paid Sera plugin requires a valid license key for activation, automatic updates, and support access. This guide covers everything about managing your licenses.

Finding Your License Key

1. Log into your sera.guru account
2. Go to Account > License Keys
3. Your license key is displayed for each purchased product

License keys are also included in your order confirmation email.

Activating a License

1. In your WordPress admin, go to Sera > License
2. Enter your license key in the input field
3. Click Activate

The plugin will validate your key against sera.guru and activate on your current site.

Site Activation Limits

Each license tier has different site limits:

Individual plugin licenses (CLS Guard Pro, AI Sitemap) also have site-specific options:

• Single site — Activate on 1 site
• Unlimited — Activate on unlimited sites

Deactivating a License

To move a license to a different site:

1. Go to Sera > License on the current site
2. Click Deactivate
3. Install the plugin on the new site
4. Activate with the same license key

You can also deactivate remotely from your sera.guru account dashboard.

License Status

Your license can be in one of these states:

• Active — Valid and activated on this site
• Inactive — Valid but not activated on this site
• Expired — Subscription has lapsed (renew to reactivate)
• Revoked — License has been permanently disabled

What Happens When a License Expires

When your annual subscription expires:

• Plugins continue to work — Your installed plugins will not stop functioning
• Updates stop — You will no longer receive plugin updates
• Support ends — You will no longer have access to priority support
• New features unavailable — Any features released after expiration will not be available

Renew your license at any time from your sera.guru account to restore updates and support.
